Qatar Museums, In Cooperation With The Arab League Educational, Cultural And Scientific Organization (ALECSO) And Other Partners, Will Host The 27th Conference On Archaeology And Cultural Heritage In The Arab World Under The Theme "Sustaining Cultural Heritage: Challenges And Future Strategies". The Conference Will Be Held In Doha From 28–30 October, 2025.
The Event Aims To Highlight The Urgent Need To Strengthen Efforts To Protect Cultural And Historical Heritage Across The Arab World, Reflecting A Steadfast Commitment To Preserving This Invaluable Legacy As An Integral Part Of Human Identity. It Also Underscores The Importance Of Creating The Right Conditions To Ensure Heritage Sustainability, Development, And Valorization For The Benefit Of Present And Future Generations.

Opening Sessions And The Doha Youth Declaration 2025
The Program Will Feature Official Addresses Delivered By Representatives Of Member States According To The Agreed Level Of Representation, Alongside Keynote Speeches By Ministers, Dignitaries, And Invited Guests, As Well As Representatives Of Arab, Regional, And International Partner Organizations. It Will Also Include Remarks By The Conference’s Organizing Committee And A Dedicated Address From The Young Researchers’ Forum.
The Youth Forum, Held As Part Of The Conference Activities, Will Culminate In The Launch Of The “Doha Youth Declaration 2025”, Reflecting The Perspectives And Recommendations Of The New Generation Of Researchers On Sustaining Cultural Heritage In The Arab World. It Will Reaffirm Their Shared Commitment To Shaping A Future Based On Innovation And Collective Responsibility For The Protection And Preservation Of Heritage.
